Pressure-point treatments and clothed massage:
Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient healing art which combines acupressure, passive stretching, applied yoga and massage techniques to achieve a unique and powerful massage therapy.
Reflexology works by stimulating reflex points on the feet to encourage the body to heal itself and restore its own healthy balance.
Shiatsu works on the same channels and points as acupuncture but instead of needles, the therapist applies pressure with the thumbs, elbows, knees or feet.
Oil-based Massage
Ayurvedic massage is a powerful Indian technique with oil and Ayurvedic herb, using yoga stretches and your breathing to open your body, soothe your muscles and en-trance your mind!
Aromatherapy massage is the holistic application of essential oils to improve physical and emotional well-being combined with massage.
Holistic massage is a whole body massage using oils. It aims to relax and de-stress the body and mind, releasing tension and relieving minor muscular aches and pains.
Deep Tissue: is as above, but deeper! A whole body massage using oils. It aims to relax and de-stress the body and mind, releasing tension and relieving minor muscular aches and pains.
Energy-based, clothed treatments:
Cranio-Sacral is a non-invasive manipulative technique which works to treat the whole body by gently balancing the membranes, fluids, bones and fascia.
Reiki is a non-intrusive hands on healing which safely and effectively balances the mind and body. The practitioner uses certain hand positions to direct energy to relevant areas of the body.
Energy Balancing releases trapped energy (emotional/spiritual) bringing light, awareness and balance.
Chair-based treatments:
Indian head massage stimulates the circulation of the scalp and helps to dispel stress-generated muscle tension and includes massage of the shoulders, arms, neck, head and face.
On-site acupressure massage works an acupressure sequence for your back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and scalp and is performed whilst you are sitting in an ergonomically designed chair.
